23 antique artefacts are given to Judicial Museum by Sealdah GRP
On 20 June, 23 several antique idols/artefacts of rich cultural significance which were kept at Sealdah GRP Police Station Malkhana for the past 10 yrs (as seized property) have been handed over to the custody of the Administrator General and Official Trustee of WB, in the interest of the proper maintenance of the idols and to preserve the rich heritage.
New GRPS building of Kamarkundu inaugurated
On 24.7.2022 new building of Kamarkundu GRPS was inaugurated by Shri Adhir Sharma, IPS, DGP, Railways, West Bengal at Kamarkundu Railway Station in presence of senior officers of WB Railway Police and Hgghly Rural Police.
5 Nepali children rescued from Howrah RS
5 missing boys recovered from Howrah station platform, who were missing from their native place - Babuganj, Nepal and set out for adventure. The relatives of the boys were informed and they were handed over to their parents promptly.
